“Second time we have stayed here. Michael, Irene and Mary are wonderful characters and hosts. Older style but clean and tidy suits us perfectly. We had hoped for another lovely breakfast but they can't currently get a cook. Walking distance to Dickson shops which also have a ridiculous number of restaurants to choose from. We had back room 7. Great value.”

“Had an overnight stay here recently on a trip through Canberra the lodge was well located, right near a tram stop, helpful service from a very kind family team of staff and wonderful value. Having my own little balcony space was a lovely unexpected bonus as well, I loved being able to sit out there as it wasn't too cold the weekend I went. Budget but really good value. Breakfast didn't personally hit the spot for my taste, but it was prepared with love and care & I definitely appreciated that. Would 100% stay again and recommend it, if you're passing through Canberra. Close to transport and local shops too, 15 mins ish by tram from city”
